Details of all orders placed on our website are stored by us. A copy will be sent via e-mail and you can find the terms here at all times. If you chose to create an account on our website at the time of placing an order, you can find a copy of your order history by logging in.
All prices are in pounds sterling. Secure payments can be made in the following ways:

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we have the right to cancel the order.
If your purchase develops a fault within 14 days of receipt, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is in 'as-new' condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

A standard UK or overseas delivery charge will be calculated on your order and added to your shopping basket.

The majority of our deliveries are made within 3 days of payment being received through standard delivery. Delivery dates for out of stock items will be advised on order.
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us.
If you order arrives damaged or incomplete please notify the courier on delivery and inform us within 24 hours. We will do our best to sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
Distance Selling Regulations
In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, we provide a seven working day cooling off period with a right to cancel for all online orders. This period starts the day after the goods are received. Gingasports.com will accept returns on goods even if the packaging has been opened to inspect them. All goods need to be repackaged in original packing and with all accessories and instructions before returning.
If you wish to return your item please notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You are liable for the cost incurred in returning the item but will be refunded the full purchase cost including any original delivery fees. If the items are returned without original packaging, accessories or instructions then the costs will be calculated and deducted from the amount refunded.
Printing and Pricing Errors
In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made.
When you shop with us via our web site, all your financial transactions are entirely secure. We only use online payment service from Paypal for card payments, who process the transaction and then notify us of authorization. Your personal credit card details are not disclosed to us or stored so you don’t need to worry about your details falling into the wrong hands.
